Terms and Conditions

  1. Hire charges are based on 24 hours, delivered on, or the day before the function, and collected the day after the function. Longer periods by arrangement. Goods must be available for collection at the agreed time, or waiting costs will be incurred.
  2. All original boxes, bags, cartons “etc.” must be returned, or charges will be incurred.
  3. All china, cutlery, glasses “etc” are to be returned clean, unless you have taken the option to return all items dirty at the agreed extra charge of 20%.
  4. Table linen hire includes a laundering charge, so these should be returned dirty.
  5. Tables are to be wiped clean with a damp soapy cloth after use. Charges will be incurred if any tables are returned dirty.
  6. All orders will be confirmed by email or by telephone.
  7. If goods are to be delivered to halls, sports centers “etc..” it is expected that the hirer or their representative will be at the venue at the agreed delivery time. Waiting charges will be incurred if no one is present to take delivery.
  8. I understand that if the items are lost or returned broken, I will be charged the full replacement value of each broken or lost item. (From £69.95 per table & £49.99 per chair, Cake stand- cost full price, Outdoor Games – full cost, Twin Burner – Full cost etc).
  9. I understand, as the signer, I am the person responsible for the condition and the prompt return of the item(s) rented.
  10. I understand that item(s) are not to be left outside or left unsecured overnight.
  11. I understand that a refundable deposit of between £50 to 1000.00 is required on the collection and given back on return, depending on total cost of rental items, Please check your invoice.
  12. Please be advised any damage to chafing dishes/stands/chairs/tables/Centrepiece/Table napkins/Charger Plates/Chair covers/Table covers/Plates/Cutleries/Outdoor burners etc. will incur a loss of some/all plus additions to the deposit depending on damage and amount
  13. CARE – USE OF EQUIPMENT Upon receipt of the Equipment it is the Lessee’s responsibility to inspect and count their Equipment order to verify the correct Equipment has been sent. If there is a discrepancy or missing Equipment, Lessee must notify Lessor within 2 hours of receipt of the Equipment to assure replacement of missing items to the best of Lessor’s ability. Under no circumstances are you permitted to iron our product as this can and will damage the product. Any product that has been ironed will be charged full replacement cost. DAMAGED, MISSING EQUIPMENT – RISK OF LOSS.
  14. If you want to maximize the chances of getting your deposit money back, please kindly keep all items in a good rentable state.
  15. Laundry/Clean Returns- Please note sections 2, 3 & 4 in regard to cleaning & laundry on hired items.

  19. DAMAGE WAIVER. If you pay the damage waiver charge (DWC) as specified, subject to limitations and exclusions below, 4 All Celebrations agrees to modify the terms of this contract and relieve you of liability for accidental damage to the rented item(s) on this contract, and for loss due to fire, collision, windstorm, upset and riot. We exclude from this waiver, however, any loss or damage due to theft, burglary, misuse or abuse, theft by conversion, intentional damage, mysterious disappearance, wax damage/stains, or any loss due to your failure to care for the rental item(s) as a prudent person would his/her own property. Damage Waiver cost is 25% of your booking fees, If you would like to pay it, please kindly ask us for it, otherwise you will be liable for all damages incurred.
